id77's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. id77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all outstanding bets must be settled and any remaining account balance withdrawn. Closed accounts cannot be reopened within 6 months for responsible gaming purposes.
id77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, or at our sole discretion to protect platform integrity. Upon termination, all pending bonuses are forfeited. Remaining genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player after deducting any outstanding liabilities.
